Registration for the 2025 - 2026 school year is ALMOST FULL! We are down to just a few spaces remaining at most of the schools we serve (and in the program overall), and at this time Curlew Creek and Curtis Fundamental are both full and available on a wait list only... with more schools likely filling in the coming days. So don't delay, register today!

With many schools we serve at or near capacity, it would be a great idea to CALL FIRST to ensure the school you are looking for still has availability.

Registrations are accepted Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM, however; with our preschool and private school here on campus, it would be wise to avoid their start and dismissal times when coming to register. Ideally, it is best to avoid:
- 7:50 AM - 8:10 AM
- 9:00 AM - 9:15 AM
- 2:45 PM - 3:15 PM

Please arrive to register with a fully completed registration packet (link found below). We cannot register your child without a completed 2025 - 2026 registration packet. Don't have a way to print? Don't worry! They are available in the Stars & Comets office and can be completed when you arrive; however, you will need to plan for time to do so (typically takes an additional 15 - 30 minutes). With that in mind, we'd appreciate that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the end of the registration window if you don't already have your paperwork completed. Thanks for that!

Please note that we do have notaries on site, so you may elect to wait to have forms notarized until you arrive. Just bring your photo ID!

The registration fee is collected at the time of registration. If your child will be starting on the Monday of a regular payment week (which occurs every other Monday), the tuition payment will be processed via EFT on your child's first day with us. Want to start in the middle of a payment? No problem! We will collect the pro-rated tuition at the time of registration and then the next regular payment will be collected via EFT with all the other families.

Registration and tuition fees for the 2024 - 2025 school year are as follows:

AM Only (Elementary or Middle School) - $140 bi-weekly

PM Only (Elementary) - $175 bi-weekly

PM Only (Middle School) - $155 bi-weekly

AM and PM (Elementary) - $225 bi-weekly

AM and PM (Middle School) - $190 bi-weekly

To register, families will need to bring their completed registration packet and registration fee ($99 per child for new Stars & Comets students / $79 per child for returning Stars & Comets students) - which can be paid by cash, check, or credit card - to their scheduled appointment. No additional monies are due at registration (if registering prior to the start of the school year). Please be reminded that all registration packets must include a completed EFT payment form in order to be accepted.

Stars & Comets 2025 - 2026 will cover 42 weeks, which means there will be 21 bi-weekly payments or 10 monthly payments (each equal to 2.1 bi-weekly payments). Bi-weekly payments will be collected every other Monday, beginning August 11, 2025 (signified by a star on the calendar), and ending with a final payment collected on May 18, 2026. Monthly payments will be collected on the 8th of each month (August - May). If the 8th falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be collected on the next business day.
