Registration for the 2024 - 2025 school IS ALMOST HERE!
We will begin registration for the upcoming school year soon, however; please note that we are still finalizing pricing and some of other important information ahead of the start of registration. That information will be updated here as we get closer to the start of registration. Similar to previous years, registration will begin by appointment only. If spots are still available after the appointment windows have concluded, walk-in registrations will be accepted sometime in June.
Registration dates for Stars & Comets for the 2024 - 2025 school year:
Thursday, April 25:
Stars & Comets 2024 - 2025 Registration Packets available online and in print (in the Stars & Comets office).
Monday, April 29 - Thursday, May 2 and Monday, May 6 - Thursday, May 9:
Priority registration for Stars & Comets 2024 - 2025 for Stars & Comets students currently enrolled for the 2023 - 2024 school year (and their siblings). Appointment link will be emailed to eligible families.
Monday, May 13 - Tuesday, May 14:
Priority registration for Stars & Comets 2024 - 2025 for current families of Robin's Nest, Westlake Christian School, and Palm Harbor United Methodist Church. Appointment link will go live on Monday, May 6 @ 9:00 A.M.
For Robin's Nest and Westlake, being a current family is defined as having a child enrolled for the 2023 - 2024 school year and / or a child enrolled for the 2024 - 2025 school year. For Palm Harbor UMC, being a current family is defined as attending once a month or more AND regular giving.
Wednesday, May 15 - Thursday, May 16:
Priority registration for Stars & Comets 2024 - 2025 for families registered for Camp CUBBER 2024. Appointment link will go live on Wednesday, May 8 @ 9:00 A.M.
Monday, May 20 - Thursday, May 23:
Registration for Stars & Comets 2024 - 2025 for new families (open registration). Appointment link will go live on Monday, May 13 @ 9:00 A.M.

Registration Information (for 2023 - 2024 School Year):
2023 - 2024 registration paperwork is AVAILABLE NOW (see below).

Registration and tuition fees for the 2023 - 2024 school year are as follows:

AM Only (Elementary or Middle School) - $130 bi-weekly

PM Only (Elementary) - $160 bi-weekly

PM Only (Middle School) - $140 bi-weekly

AM and PM (Elementary) - $210 bi-weekly

AM and PM (Middle School) - $180 bi-weekly

To register, families will need to bring their completed registration packet and registration fee ($95 per child for new Stars & Comets students / $75 per child for returning Stars & Comets students) - which can be paid by cash, check, or credit card - to their scheduled appointment. The first tuition payment will not be collected until August 7, 2022. Please be reminded that all registration packets must include a completed EFT payment form in order to be accepted.

Public and charter schools will begin on August 10 for the 2023 - 2024 school year. Westlake Christian School will begin on August 16 for the 2023 - 2024 school year. Please note that Stars & Comets 2023 - 2024 will run from August 7, 2023 - May 30, 2024 and will include full day care for the 3 days (public and charter schools) or 7 days (Westlake Christian School) before school begins as well as 1 day (public and charter schools) or 3 days (Westlake Christian School) after school ends. Camp CUBBER 2023 closes on Friday, July 28, 2023 so please note that no care will be available from July 31, 2023 - August 4, 2023. Camp CUBBER 2024 is projected to start on Monday, June 3, 2024.

Stars & Comets 2023 - 2024 will cover 43 weeks, which means there will be 21.5 bi-weekly payments or 10 monthly payments (each equal to 2.15 bi-weekly payments). Bi-weekly payments will be collected every other Monday, beginning August 7, 2023 (signified by a star on the calendar), and ending with a final 1/2 payment collected on May 27, 2024. Monthly payments will be collected on the 7th of each month (August - May).

Again, spaces are limited and will fill quickly, especially for certain schools (and the program as a whole). Please don't wait! Enroll early!!

2024 - 2025 registration. Only the updated 2024 - 2025 packet will be accepted.
Please note that the 2024 - 2025 packet will be available on Thursday, April 25.
This is a completely fillable PDF (other than signatures and dates). Parents are strongly encouraged to download the packet and type to fill it in before printing. This will be a HUGE time saver if you do!!
